Black tea - Bergamot, Vanilla and Cornflower
This 1670 Black Tea from La Sablésienne is a subtle combination of the roundness of Bergamot and Vanilla, and the freshness of the cornflower petals.
This flower is one of the only ones to grow on battlefields, and recalls the blue of the Poilus uniforms.
For these reasons, the wounded and disabled soldiers used to create cornflowers out of cloth at the Invalides, to sell on the streets.
