Vizir Napoléon cuddly toy

€90

The Vizier was a small Arabian stallion of 1.35 m at the withers, with a light grey coat slightly streaked. A gift from the Sultan of Turkey to Napoleon I, the Emperor rode him from 1805 onwards and took him with him on his exile to St Helena.
The Vizier still bears the mark of the Imperial Stables, a crowned N on the left hind thigh.
In June 2016, the Musée de l'Armée launched an appeal for donations for the complete restoration.
After a complete restoration lasting more than a month, it was returned to its original place in a new display case in the modern department.

Born in 1976, La Pelucherie has known its great hours thanks to its store on the Champs-Elysees, where movie stars and strangers crowded in search of the perfect soft toy. In 2016, the granddaughters of the creator took over the torch to give new life to La Pelucherie, with the same know-how and materials of the same high quality, in compliance with European CE standards. If the plushies are designed in France, they are made in Italy, hand-sewn, until the final stroke of the pen that will give its unique expression to the look of your child's favorite companion.
